"We have a daughter at Florida Southern College, so the location could not have been better situated for visiting with her and also being close to Lakes Morton and Hollingsworth, as well as downtown (farmers market, Harry's, etc.). The space was all ours, was very clean, and well-equipped had we wanted to cook meals. The TVs (one in living room and one in bedroom) had streaming services already available (or we could have logged into our own accounts). It was nice to have a washer and dryer,...

"Wonderful experience! We loved every room, plenty to do, lots of games and a guitar, a nice enclosed patio or outdoor area to relax! So many amenities, we were able to cook dinner and a Sunday brunch. Oh...water pressure is awesome, if you have lots of hair this is a must!Location is great, so close to down town Lakeland and Florida Southern College, and off street parking!Brittany was a great host and very responsive.We will definitely be staying here in the future!"
