There is a spa in our photos but is not an amenity guests may use. The pool IS usable by guests.

Living space

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area forms the beating heart of the home - a generous, connected space that makes gathering feel effortless. The layout is entirely single-level with no stairs, keeping movement easy for guests of all ages. Ceiling fans and air conditioning keep things cool year-round, while the TV rounds out the living area for laid-back movie nights.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests across 5 beds, each room arranged with both comfort and privacy in mind. The primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom - a calm retreat at the end of the day. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom is fitted with twin-over-twin bunk beds, ideal for younger guests or a flexible sleeping setup. With three full bathrooms, mornings stay unhurried even with a full house.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for home-cooked meals from breakfast through dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - alongside full dishes and silverware. The large island offers extra seating so conversation flows easily between the kitchen and living area, and the dining table brings everyone together for sit-down meals.



Outdoor living

The screened lanai is where the home truly comes alive. Step outside to the private in-ground pool, with a covered patio furnished for outdoor dining and relaxed lounging. The screened enclosure adds a layer of comfort and privacy, keeping the space enjoyable throughout the Florida day without interruption.



Work & connectivity

A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi make this home a strong choice for remote workers, extended stays, or guests in the middle of a relocation. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, and the professionally managed setup ensures a seamless experience from check-in to checkout.



Practical comforts

The home includes a washer and dryer, bed linens, clothing storage, and garage parking at no extra charge. Exterior security cameras - including a Ring doorbell and front and rear cameras - along with a smoke alarm provide added peace of mind throughout your stay.

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The home offers driveway parking and easy access to major roadways connecting Lakeland to Tampa, Orlando and surrounding attractions.



Lakeland’s central location makes it a convenient base for exploring both coasts while returning to a relaxed residential setting.

Security Deposit (Required)

Guests are required to provide a refundable security deposit after booking via our CJR Stays Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.

Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 26+.



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.

Mid-Stay Cleaning

• $200 cleaning reset for extended stays (includes refresh cleaning, trash removal and fresh linens)
