Lakehouse in Naturepark

The house is located undisturbed on the shore of Lake Klauce with its own beach. The lake is part of Sauka Nature Park. The house has all the comforts and autonomous heating with air conditioning, pellet stove and wood stove. Outdoors there is a canoe and SUP to enjoy the lake. Volleyball and floorball and other sports can be setup. It is far from the otherwise sympathetic neighbors and you have the place exclusively to yourself. 7 km to Viesite town with love path, cultural center, museum, etc. Not far from there there is the possibility of horse riding in the stunning nature with rolling hills forest and agricultural land. Plenty of opportunituies to go sightseeing and hiking in the area.

There are fish in the lake and rare bird species. The lake is one of deepest in Latvia with up to 26 meter depth. Nature and ecosystems must be respected. When fishing, do NOT overfish and fishing with nets is strictly prohibited!

The beach is westwards and enjoys the setting sun. The property is undisturbed. Bathing and suntherapy can be enjoyed in discretion.
