House Rules
1. Hot Tub Usage: The hot tub is available for use at any time. However, no glass containers are allowed in the hot tub area, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

2. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate and keep noise levels reasonable even outside these hours to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

3. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property, on porches, or under any rooflines. Please smoke away from the house and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

4. Check-In/Out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made in advance and will be accommodated based on other guest schedules. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur additional fees.

5. Pets: Pets are allowed, but please inform us prior to booking. A pet deposit may be required on a case-by-case basis at the host's discretion.

6. Parking: Do not park on the grass, especially in the front yard where the septic field is located. If the driveway is full, additional parking is available across the street along the fence of the park by the lakefront. Damage due to parking on the grass will be the guest's responsibility.

7. Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Visitors are allowed for get-togethers, provided they are respectful of the house and its rules.

8. Trash Disposal: Trash is collected on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place the grey exterior garbage can at the bottom of the driveway the evening before, as pickup occurs before 9:00 AM.

9. Appliance Use: Use appliances, such as the stove and oven, according to the manual instructions. Report any malfunctions promptly, and do not leave appliances unattended while in use.

10. BBQ Use: Please use the BBQ grill according to the manual instructions. Report any malfunctions promptly, and do not leave the grill unattended while in use. Ensure it is cleaned after each use to avoid any buildup that could affect the next guest's experience.

11. Wi-Fi Use: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Please use it responsibly and do not download or stream illegal or inappropriate content. Excessive usage may result in additional charges.
