Art Deco Pool House a mile to Beach Pets welcome

Summary:
Our Oasis is a tropical paradise pool house hideaway. We have designed our compound to you feel like its your home away from home. The property consist of a one bedroom upstairs apartment and a studio pool house. The beach is just one mile east of the apartment. You are a few blocks from lake ave, our downtown area. The downtown area has everything from restaurants, bars, library, visitors center, theater, boutique shops, also a surf shop at the beach, which is perfect for beach gear and rentals. The compound is a perfect place to work from home or just enjoy some, R&R.

The Space:
Our home away from home was designed to be your peaceful retreat. We wanted it to feel comfortable and convenient for all our guests. We have supplied the apartment with all the essentials for a relaxed vacation. The property is with in 10 miles from ITHINK amphitheater. Also with in a mile range we have lake worth municipal golf course and there is the beach club restaurant. The lake worth casino by the beach has restaurants and beach store as well. We are about 10 minutes from PBI airport and 45 from FLL. Other points of Interest around lake worth are, Palm Beach, Worth Ave about 15 minutes. City place in downtown west palm is 15 minutes too. Then if you go south we have delray 15 minutes, Fort Lauderdale 45, and Miami about an 1 hour.

Guest Access:
The pool and outside patio area are shared with other guests and myself. We have a washer and dryer in the teal blue shed outback that is shared for your use.

The Neighborhood:
Our town has events all the time. The property Is two blocks from the inter coastal and 1 miles to the beach. The green market by the beach is my favorite. You can also fish the pier and eat some great food. Best of all just relaxing on the beach or jogging along the water. There is so much outdoor activity in sunny lake worth beach. Did I say we have a local Starbucks too!

Getting Around:
Uber and lyft work great. Bright line out at West palm by city place takes you to Fort Lauderdale and now Miami. The tri-rail as well, there is a station about a mile from the property. Relentless bike shop on lake ave has bike rentals if you would like too.

Other Things to Note:
The upstairs unit there are stairs please use caution. Please be kind and take off your shoes when in our home. No parties and no smoking inside. Please take trash downstairs and to north side of building (around gate to your left) and put in bin. Bin goes to street Monday and Thursday’s. Recycling is Tuesday’s. Any extra help is greatly appreciated. Please turn off all electronics when not using and be mindful of running water. We are sometimes downstairs we travel back and forth for work. Please remember the pool area is shared. The grill and all outside patio is for shared use.
