"We booked this room because of the kitchen. But it was almost useless. It was a room for 6 people, and we had only 3 forks, 3 spoons, 4 knives, 4 plates etc, There was not enough of anything.
There was no cooktop, but we could borrow one in the reception. We did that and asked for a pot, but all they had was a small pan, so we could not make the things, we had planned.
The room was nice although my daughter found peanuts in the sofa.

The hot tub and all the stars was super nice! Scenic running route nearby, around the airport, looking down on the Colorado. Great hosts, very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. "Bubba were an excellent host. The best we could ask for. He knows about everything that is to know about the area, and even more. We were a bit hesitant about going B&B, but we’ll absolutely return to ‘The Bears Den’ and have another picture taken with Paula.
Loved everything about our stay, and wish we hadn’t planned our next stay on our road trip, just because we wanted to stay longer.

"Samtlige personer i receptionen var uengageret og man følte sig mere til besvær. I restauranten oplevede vi flere gange at man ikke kunne finde plads spontant til to personer, uden reservation.
Ellers var alt andet personale super venlige og imødekommende hvor der absolut intet var at udsætte, tværtimod. "
"This was such a horrible experience. :(( The manager tried to give me money to not write this review, but I would rather warn people.
We arrived a family of three with an 8-month old baby. We had driven all day and arrived at 6pm to find that they had given us a one bedroom apt with a single bed rather than the three bedroom apt we had reserved and paid for. The front desk was closed, and when we called their number, the manager said that he could see that we had booked and paid for a 3 bedroom, but unfortunately they were fully booked, and he did not know what had happened, so that was that.
I asked for a full refund for the two nights we had booked, so I could go somewhere else, as we were three people incl. a small baby, and there was only one bed, but he refused. We were back and forth on the phone for three hours, and the poor baby had to sit in the car and wait after a full day of driving. Two people finally had to sleep on the floor, because all the other hotels in the area were full.
The next day they promised to rectify the situation, but their idea of rectifying it was to charge fully for the first night and refund for the second night if we checked out. We packed up and left at 12pm, and they ended up only refunding a tiny amount for the second night, because they charged a penalty for canceling (after they themselves had asked us to cancel and guaranteed a full refund for the second night).
