Set in the stunning new Northern Lights development just outside Huntsville, Ontario, Muskoka Hills is an elegant escape nestled amidst the treed hills and valleys of this iconic region. As you step inside, the main floor welcomes you with a spacious modern island kitchen, ideal for preparing meals while socializing with loved ones. The adjoining formal dining room has ample seating for at least ten guests, making it perfect for family gatherings or celebratory feasts. The kitchen island also serves as a casual spot for breakfast and snacks, bringing everyone together at any time of the day.

The heart of the main floor is a double living room, cleverly divided by a two-sided fireplace. One side boasts cathedral windows that offer sweeping views of the surrounding hills, with plenty of cozy seating and a large-screen TV for entertainment. On the other side of the fireplace, a more intimate seating area invites you to relax in privacy while still enjoying those captivating views. The main floor also hosts a tucked-away bedroom for guests who prefer easy access to living spaces. Meanwhile, the primary bedroom offers a sanctuary of its own, featuring a 4-piece ensuite with a luxurious soaker tub, shower, and double sink for ultimate relaxation.

Upstairs, Muskoka Hills provides even more comfort with three spacious bedrooms. One bedroom enjoys its own 3-piece ensuite, while two others share an ensuite, also with a shower and 2 sinks, ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone. The first floor also leads to a large screened deck area that offers sweeping views of the treed hills and valleys, furnished with comfortable seating for morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply soaking in the peaceful ambiance.

Things you need to know:

This cottage has a valid STR license with the Township of Lake of Bays; Licence # STR-2025-158 which allows for no more than 8 guests to be on the property at any given time during your stay. The Municipality requires rental guests sign a Rental Guest Code of Conduct. It will be sent to you upon booking for electronic signature.
Pets are welcome, but no heavy-shedding dogs please
Arrival time is 4:00 pm and departure time is 11:00 am for all stays
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own outdoor towels
Rentals include a cleaning service; however, the departure checklist must be completed
Garbage disposal required upon departure
The cottage smart TVs will allow you to sign into any of the streaming services you personally subscribe to. Please note, these services will require your personal login information and are not provided
As per local by-laws pets must be leashed and under control at all times
The landscape around Muskoka Hills and within the Northern Lights Community is hilly, please use caution around drops
