"Very clean cottage. The lake was quiet and the perfect size for paddleboarding, canoeing etc. Fun for every age. Great memories were made."

"Terri was very attentive, responsive, made accommodations for us, and was available to make a minor repair the same day we reported it.The rental is exactly as expected, had everything we needed. I would say the only area that could use improvement would be the cleaning. The property would seem far more attractive if it had been cleaned more carefully inside and especially outside (the deck, outside furniture, etc.)"

"Overall good! Only a few issues that came up. When we arrived the cottage floor was not well cleaned. The carpet had chips from the previous users. We also had a heavy rain which caused a washout of the driveway leaving a heavy crevice in the road. The owners of the cottage were not responsive to this issue. The waterfront was wonderful though and we overall had a good week. "

"Cottage Binx hosted our two families for a cottage getaway. The cottage was nestled in the woods on the Muskoka river and provided great privacy. The cottage itself was very clean and perfectly accommodated our two families. Our host Tej was excellent in answering any questions we had during our stay, always responding within minutes. The cottage has kayaks, and the kids loved fishing on either the paddle boat or the aluminum rowboat. The fire pit area was awesome for a campfire and roasting...

"This was our first cottage rental for a family of 10 getaway. Very nice setting and convenient location to nearby activities/stores.The kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed and the whole cottage provided comfort. ( beds, pillows, furniture)The sandy beach and water depth was perfect for kids. They loved it.After a string of hot days the cottage was extremely hot. Overhead fans in 3 of the bedrooms somewhat helped, but additional portable fans for the master bedroom and living room...

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage and are planning to return next year. The cottage was exactly as described and the check in process was super smooth. If traveling with littles I’d recommend bringing board games and some toys. We did bring a bunch which I was grateful for. That was the only thing that the cottage lacked but it made up for it with its fabulous waterfront and all the water toys floaties. The cottage had everything else you could/would need or want. The owners were nice...
