"Not a bad place for Ionia. Air conditioner when out on Friday night and host said it couldn't be fixed. I originally booked 3 nights and for June and began trying to cancel the first night well before the full refund time even started. Michael would take forever to message me back and then just kept saying it was taken care of. I even contacted VRBO and they conferenced called him. Again he said he would take care of it. "The home was AMAZING. It was spotless and so comfy. Check in was a breeze. She even had logs set up in the fire pit for us. We will be staying again for sure. Wonderful experience overall."
