"Best staff ever! I thought that both Elma & Larissa did a great job with assisting at check-in. Also, Alise was very helpful with questions during my stay. I love that this was a very bright, airy, and clean property, almost seemed new. I didn't get to try breakfast, but i'm sure it would have been good as well. "I love this hotel. Every time i visit Atlanta i stay here. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the hotel smells amazing. The decor is probably my favorite part since im art lover. It has a whole art deco vibe to it. I will always choose Aloft to stay at."

"The hotel is new and it has a good location. However, the AC unit in the room was very noisy. Besides, the breakfast service is a Starbucks dispatch counter / kiosk, instead of a hotel breakfast, as I expected. I had booked a room including breakfast, but the hotel staff could not see it in my reservation. It's not the first time that I have this issue with Hotels.com, which appears very deceiving and unreliable. "
