"The house was everything it said it was. It had everything we needed to enjoy the fall weekend. It is close enough to Asheville and other sites to get to in an hour, but in a quiet residential neighborhood so we could enjoy some peace and quiet. Loved the wood floors as I have allergies and carpet sometimes bothers me."

"Very unique and fun home. Great jumping off location for the Cataloochee Valley in the Smoky Mountains NP. Very Clean and nicely equipped. In a private rural setting, but civilization (Waynesville) is only about 15 minutes away. This is a home where the owner pays a lot of attention to details, and it makes for a very enjoyable stay."

"I'd rate this 4 1/2 stars-- a great place to get away in the mountains and with beautiful views, but must keep in mind that you are getting a mountain cabin so without some of the luxuries. "This house was exactly what we hoped for and more! It was very clean, nice furnishings and bedding, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, beautiful screened porch with picturesque sunrise! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the quiet neighborhood. The giant hydrangeas on the property were gorgeous in a backdrop of my husband and son playing soccer in the large grass yard! Thank you! If we ever come back to Asheville we would certainly stay here again."
