"Very nice property, we enjoyed our stay. I gave 4 stars because check-in communication was a bit challenging. We were coming off a grand tour and has stayed in multiple homes, and were coming through areas with little to no service. I was up front about this and was unable to get an address/check in instructions until a few hours before check-in. "Great Host, very accommodating."

"The ranch was very nice, it is very close to the town in a peaceful, well kept location. Amy the host was very communicative and made sure we knew what was going on at the ranch so there was no surprises. Our son loved the horses and my husband loved the airforce practicing drills in the valley overhead. We are dropping a star as we feel there was a few things missing that made the stay not 100%, especially when considering price point. There was just things missing that felt like they should be...

"The view is beautiful and perfect way to start the day. The road isn’t paved so just be advised. I grew up in this area so I was prepared, but at night it is definitely dark and steep. The house was cozy and comfortable. This is our second stay and would for sure stay again, the front porch is massive and perfect for large groups and families. Thank you for great communication and a nice quick trip."
