"This is a spa hotel with mineral baths, excellent food and drinks. It's a bit far from the center of Hamamatsu city (30 min by taxi), but it worth the drive. Service is excellent. Executive lounge with free drinks on the top floor is supper nice (you need to stay in the executive room to have access). The only minor issue - no aircon in the corridors of the top floors. The aircon in the room worked perfectly. "

"Great place to relax and working fine with the shuttle bus to the train station for day tours.
Some reviews comments the age of the place, but it’s in good shape and it’s only the surrounding areas that seems like it need a little updating:-)
The only surprise was the prices for the restaurant buffet, which could have been nice to have had a lower price for guest whom don’t need free wine and beer.

"It's was really good, I forgot to ask for an early check-in but theh saw me sitting outside waiting let me check in early which was super nice, I did nock to ask if I could leave my bags but the only staff there at the time was deaf, so that's okay.
The room was good and comfy and warm.
And the bath was amazing highly recommend. I unfortunately didn't get to try the breakfast but there is an unagi place that opens at 11 they recommend which was good
The only drawback is the urinals, they need...

"Very nice hotel with rooms big enough to western guests. Nice staff and close to the station. Only negative aspect, the walls are thin so you can hear the traffic but it didn't bother our sleep and the whole neighborhood is quiet. I would stay that this hotel again. "
