"We liked it was a short distance to the L train station to go into Chicago. Great food and shopping all around. Very nice accommodations, beds are comfortable. A nice warm chocolate chip cookie was given when we checked in too, a nice surprise. We would stay here again. "

"We were at the park for a family reunion in which family was staying at the resort, but the park is where the reunion was to be hosted. There was a storm expected right at the time we were to be having our reunion. The staff (specifically the resort manager) arranged to accommodate our group within the resort. The only thing that took away from the stay was the noisiness of the other customers, but that is not at the fault of the hotel at all.
