"Cooked breakfast was very good, housekeeping was inconsistent. Our room was skipped one day, and the next the bathroom was cleaned but nothing else (bed not made, trash not emptied). Bed was comfortable, on site laundry a plus too."

"This was a very positive stay experience and I'll stay here again when in this area. One thing that really pleasantly surprised me is that they had the room air conditioning already on and the room was nice and cool when I got there. I don't remember when the last time a hotel did that automatically. ..."

"A small, clean, well kept cabin nestled in a quiet location on the edge of the rv park. A great spot for sitting on the porch and even some wild life to watch. Chris is a great host!"

"We had a nice time staying at this home in Grandview. We were there on vacation with our family. The location was great for accessing sites on both sides of KC. We had a small issue with accessing the garage, but were able to quickly get in touch with Jessica and she took care of the problem immediately. ..."

Such a cool spot!
"Unfortunately we were in town for a wedding so we didn't get to use the fire pit but we will be coming back for a second stay! The wagon is so unique and the host, Chris, tours you through and tells you all about it and the campground. Its beautiful and well stocked for a relaxing weekend. Definitely ..."
