"Umiddelbart et udemærket hotel, men servicemedarbejderne virker ikke til at være uddannet. Rengøringen var af ringe kvalitet, og badeværelset decideret uhumsk, med hår over det hele, på båe gulv og i bruseområde. Bartenderen kendte ikke til de lokale drikkevarer, og kunne ikke komme med anbefalinger. Meget tydeligt at medarbejderne ikke var fra Skotland, men sæsonarbejdere fra et ukendt europæsisk land. Til morgenmaden var der HØJ musik, og hende som ryddede af, både sang, fløjtede og nynnede - generelt var det bare støjende. "

"Dear Bettyhill Hotel. My wife and I stayed 3 nights at your hotel during our NC500 trip. I am normally on travel 2 -> 3 times a month, and I must say that your hotel is REALLY one of the best hotels I have ever stayed on. Especially your outstanding service from ALL employees at the hotel (no exceptions). The cozy rooms, the lounge, the bar, the restaurant, the extremely new and clean rooms. Everything was PERFECT. And of course the view is also outstanding (no surprice :-) I would recommend your hotel to everybody - and cannot wait to come back again. Powershopping must wait to next city :-) "
