"Should focus on more cleaning in the room"

"Great breakfast and close to metro - so easy to come around. Perfect place to stay a little away from the city "

The day to day cleaning has room for improvements. The only thing that got done, was the bed being made and, for some reason, getting fresh towels daily, despite us hanging them to show we didn't need new ones. The...

"Very nice hotel with friendly staff.. there was some confusion about breakfast inclusion but not a big deal. Only issue is the distance to the inner city. The train ride from the city is just 10 or so minutes but kinda annoying whe you are exhausted from sightseeing."

"Fint …………………………………."

"We were a family of 3 in one room, double bed and a single bed. The room was spacious with all amenities, the only issue was the inconsistent re-fill and cleaning of the rooms, some days we got fewer towels, and tea or bathroom tissues didn't get re-filled. We had to ask the reception for re-fill several times. The reception was polite and helpful all the time. We stayed during the heatwave in July, but the AC was too weak to help if the outside was above +28C, which was kind of the entire...
