"This is a SHARED apartment. If your not comfortable with sharing a house with strangers i would not recommend. The distribution states it will be just you but its not. Overall the place looks just like the pictures. The location is perfect on the island. The room was cozy. The walls are thin my husband had to tell the others to keep it down on multiple occasions, they did comply. The rooftop was amazing and great for pictures. The property manager lives onsite he was great and he responded...

"The place is very poor. All listing online are FALSE. ACs not working. NO Fridge lights. NO HOT WATER. YOU CAN ONLY USE ONE AC AT A TIME. TOILETS UPSTAIRS DONT FLUSH. .CHECKED IN AT 7PM, AND CHECKED OUT 11PM. THAT WILL TELL YOU HOW TERRIBLE THE HOUSE IS..WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY ONE.."

"This apartment did NOT provide 24 hour electricity as indicated which of course impacts lights, hot water, WIFI & ability to even watch TV. I communicated with the host several times about the issue but there wasn't one day when the electricity did not go out. On the last night, it was incredibly hot inside the apartment due to no power. I had to contact VRBO for assistance to contact the host. As a result, she provided another apartment for us to sleep but we had to leave in the dead of night...

"I was booked for a week but only stayed 1 night due to the fact that half of the building was demolished. This location is not in Lekki!!!! It's actually in Ikota, so please be aware of that!! Manager allowed maid to enter the premises without my knowledge. I wish i was allowed to upload videos of the exterior. This listing should not be allowed for booking."
