The room that we got is an ocean view with balcony, which has the best views you can ever have. The location of the hotel is in Vin Beach, which has its own beachfront access, which is very clean and has security for the hotel. Thank you to Norvin and Mitch for all their assistance! Extremely happy with the hotel and would definitely come back! "

"Det var det mest lækreste sted så idyllisk personalet var simpelthen så søde og venlig mand blev næsten behandlet som en konge man kunne knap nok gå ud af værelset før det blev rengjort igen de havde lavet det så hyggeligt om aftenen på øen og det skal man lige huske det er en Ø og sidste tilbagegang øen er klokken 18 fra el nido der kunne måske godt have været en lille kiosk det er i den dyre ende men alle pengene værd vi var et par var på en fantastisk tur som faktisk var næsten hele dagen...

The only constructive feedback I have is that the music was a little loud in the evenings but, that said, it always finished at a reasonable time i.e around 10pm. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would definitely recommend the resort to friends and family! "

"I have nothing bad to say about the staff. They go all out with their service. They are friendly, helpful and caring. I like how accessible the place is if ever you need to buy some essentials. It is close to the town proper where you get more options for restaurants, bars and stores but there are plenty of restaurants near the resort as well and the resort itself has a pizzeria. They really keep the place clean and safe. Also, if ever you need a ride, there is always a tricycle waiting outside....

"Let’s start with the positives; Their Mango shake. That’s it. This place is the worst I have ever slept and I’m not just talking hotels. Actually I’m not even sure if this is a hotel or a dog shelter with 20-30 street dogs roaming around inside and outside, begging for food and barking all night. Staff is incompetent, rooms were dirty and worn down, food was terrible, no hot water in the shower, lucky if you even had water pressure. I paid around 100USD per night so I know I’m not getting a luxury experience but I ended up feeling I paid 90USD too much. Please do not stay here! "
"The service we received was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious which we loved. The beds were comfortable. It was overall much better than we had expected. One thing we didn’t like was the breakfast, poor selection of food, especially the fruit, there was almost none. We ended up eating breakfast out most of the time, which wasn’t nice considering we had paid for the breakfast. But besides that, I do recommend you stay here, the location was also excellent."
