We drove 4 hours and upon check in they informed us the water park was NOT included in stay. The room was filthy ( bathtub had hairs in it, toilet was dirty, and the bed sheets were stained). We didn't have any direct communication with the host. All our communication was between VRBO and AvantStay, and it was excellent. The home was exactly as advertised. Lake Harmony Big Boulder Chalet w/hot tub,pool table,ping pong,fire pit,pets ok
This is a fantastic property. It is a perfect balance of a rustic cabin in the woods, but with all of the amenities and activities that you would need. We highly recommend this house and will definitely be back.
