"The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. "

"The rooms were clean and the staff was nice It had air-conditioning. All those things were included, which was good. The only thing was the location. I’m not too crazy about the location. It was at death kept me on high alert, and the pool was empty during the visit."

"Upon arrival the staff was very informative and friendly. We had a king size bed and sofa couch room, but upon arrival the Ac in our room was not working. We gave it some time then asked the front desk who sent the Hotel Engineer up to check it out. The air unit was going out, so he worked with the staff to get us I a new room. We ended up with 2 queen beds which was fine. In the second room the tv would t work but we didn’t plan to use it so it was fine. The Bistro for dinner was very good! My...
