"Overall this is a wonderful place to stay. Quiet, clean and friendly. We have stayed here a number of times and are never disappointed. The only small issue is the pillows. Maybe a couple more available to use in the room as needed would be perfect."

"Lovely place to stay- although just set back from all the music bars, you couldn't hear them. it was very quiet . Lovely view of the sea. and with easy walking distance to the old town of puerto de carmen, . Cabs were very cheap too. Lots of shopping on the doorstep, and a lovely sandy safe beach just across the road. Staff were very helpful and the apparment kept very clean "

"Had a great time here. Staff were fab, Hannah and Eva in particular were lovely! Food was very good and tonnes of choice (we were all inclusive). Very nice and secluded beach nearby that takes a little bravery to swim but worth it. The royal level felt much more intimate and way less kids than the main facilities."

"Stayed one night with family of 4 at Euro 250/night. Not impressed at all. The surroundings is nice and pool area as well. However customer service is non existent. Everything comes with a charge, even towels for the pool. Even when then accepting the charge nothing is then available.
No flexibility from staff and willingness to find solutions to ex. allowing to use towels from room or late check out. Other places in the area offer much better service and “can-do” attitude. Apparently run as a timeshare, but then maybe not offer rooms on Hotels.com! "
