Hugo’s Studio – 200 m from the Beach

Ground-floor studio with a small private courtyard, centrally located on Rue Victor Hugo in La Tranche sur Mer—perfect for exploring everything on foot. The beach is just 200 m away, and shops are only 50 m from the property. The studio features a living/sleeping area with TV and two single beds, a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, hob, microwave), a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Enjoy a terrace with outdoor furniture. Private parking is available 300 m away from July 9 to August 27.



The studio is carefully prepared for your stay—please respect the premises.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra charge. Even if you book the cleaning option, you are required to leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes, clean the hob, and take out all rubbish and waste.



Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions. On the morning of your arrival, please send your estimated arrival time via the booking site’s messaging system.



Please do not subscribe to internet options such as video-on-demand services; extra charges may apply if this rule is not respected.



Parties are strictly forbidden. Pets are allowed under certain conditions—please contact us via the booking site’s messaging system.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be disposed of in the town’s recycling containers.
