You will appreciate its proximity to shops located just 50 m away, the market and church at 100 m, as well as the beach just 400 m away.

It has a garden with a terrace for your outdoor meals, sun loungers for your relaxation time, as well as a small outdoor seating area ideal for your summer aperitifs.



Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area divided into two parts, with its sofas and television. You will find the dining area with its large convivial table and American-style kitchen. Fully equipped, it has induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. Still on the ground floor, you will have access to two first bedrooms: the first has a double bed (140/190) and the second two single beds (80/190). You will also have access to a first bathroom.



On the level below, on the garden level, you will have access to two other bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (140/190) and a single bed (90/190), and the second a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom (140/190) and a single bed at the top (90/190). The second bathroom, with its WC, is also accessible at this level.

You can access the garden and terrace directly from this space.



For added comfort, the house has air conditioning throughout, a washing machine, an iron with its ironing board. You can store up to 10 bicycles on the grounds.

One parking space is available free of charge in front of the house.
