Ranches i La Romana

"Fint hotel med flotte værelser, men rigtigt langsom service ved ind- og ud- tjekning. Slet ingen service i hotelles restaurant, hvilket betød at vi efter 1 1/2 time måtte opgive at få mad,"

"Excelentes instalaciones y servicio"

"The towels were very thin. Headboard had dust and the room smelled very musty. I checked in with my family and immediately checked out. The area dud not look safe either. Although I lost money on this hotel....I got another one the same day knowing I wouldn't get a refund. I would not recommend it. Although the staff was friendly...that didnt make up for the lack of cleanliness. The towels weren't even folded. Just thrown on the sink!!! Never again."

"Excelente!"

"Lugar tranquilo y cómodo"

"Der var en kakerlak på vores seng, da vi fik værelset. Manden fra hotellet hjalp med at fange den. Sparsom morgenmad. "

"Did not stay - the room was dusty and lots of humidity. Allergies acted up a soon as we walked in"

"El personal super amable, en especial Link, nos ayudó incluso a conseguir tours. Te ofrecen café de cortesía todas las mañanas y el hotel está muy cerca del muelle. Es muy tranquilo el lugar, vale la pena si buscas algo sencillo para relajarte"

"Had an excellent one night stay. Nice view of ocean and Catalina Island. Frank is a very good host and always attentive. Nice clean room with everything you need for your comfort. We enjoyed every minute of our stay with great conversations of life experiences with Frank. Would definitely stay again and enjoy a good wine next time. thank you Frank."

"Great service good location!"

"This place we booked in October. When we arrived in February, we were told that the hotel was closed to tourists, and the sister hotel was being used for a base for a television series. They put us up the best they could. We ate in the "staff cafeteria" arrangement. Lunches were ok, the rest, not so much. To reopen again to tourism, both properties need work. It was an interesting experience, but not anything like what we expected. The manager, Christian, was very helpful. Obviously, the owners...

"We arrived late for check in. Apparently they have a system that then cancels your booking. Hence; we were provided a double room for a family. The day after they denied to compensate in any way. Very bad experience - we have chosen the place due to good reviews which it did for sure not live up to. absolutely did not meet "
