"I want to be fair: our host ultimately refunded half, which was sufficient but the stay itself was messy.We arrived 30 minutes after check-in and still had to wait 1.5 hours while the host finished cleaning (beds, bathrooms, laundry). She explained a late doctor’s appointment delayed her, which I empathize with, but there was no text warning. "Nice hotel located I the city center of the old town. Everything was perfect. Parkering is 3-5 min walk away from the hotel in a parking basement, which was a little difficult to find eve though we follow the signs to the hotel. Google maps had some difficulty to guide us to the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is really good. "
