Well looked after and authentically decorated. Staff are extremely helpful. We had a 6am departure, so we asked for a taxi and they offered to open the restaurant with continental breakfast at 5:30 - we didn’t even ask!that’s customer service. Would stay here again. PS - if you don’t like the buzz and markets in the heart of old town, then you should skip this place. On the other hand it is close to many attractions.

O hotel é uma graça, bem arrumado. Fica bem no centro o que para alguns pode ser um problema pois do lado de fora é tumultuado. O grande destaque é para a equipe de funcionários, fomos super bem atendidos por todos.

Nice light room, comfortable bed, really convenient for the city centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. I would recommend staying here. Lovely areas to sit as well.

Es un buen lugar pero tiene que mejorar en varios aspectos, por ejemplo, el desayuno no esta disponible a partir de la hora que publican, la habitación no se limpio/ordeno todos los días, tienen una campanilla que se escucha muy fuerte en toda la propiedad toda vez que alguien llega alguien y la puerta de acceso esta cerrada, muy molesta de madrugada especialmente.

We loved this place. Right in the heart of bustling, crazy La Paz. A gentle, peaceful respite after a day of chaos on the streets. The staff are amazingly helpful, well informed and patient.

Perfect location and very nice hotel. What makes it a total standout is the phenomenal front desk staff and travel counter - they can help plan your activities and make travel arrangements for La Paz and anywhere else in Bolivia. Ingrid, the front desk manager, is solid gold.

Lamentablemente no me pude hospedar en el hotel ya que por la pandemia el lugar estaba cerrado. Sin embargo Henry del área de reservas fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo para el tema del reembolso y nos recomendo otro hotel que si estaba abierto. Agradezco toda su ayuda y la gestión que hizo. En un proximo viaje espero quedarme si o si, ya que el hotel es muy bonito

Excellent location near the cable car, ATM and night market. Helpful staff who will help you to call cab for airport. Room is decent but the water heater can be better. The breakfast is only average with limited selection.

I will definitly go again.
Staffs were amazing. All the staffs were trying to help us. We just went there few days ago when it was little crazy for corona virus. Thank you for letting us stay.

Nice hotel, could be noisy at the weekend
Easy check-in, breakfast ended at 09.30 which was a bit early. Internet was good, comfy bed and hot shower! There was some noise on Saturday night from a street party that didn't end until 1am, which while annoying wasn't the hotels fault. Free tea and water 24 hours a day

Pleasant hotel with colonial architecture in the historical area. Within a walking distance to the Línea Roja and other touristic attractions. It is a noisy area, but if you’re not in the middle of the noise then you’re not in La Paz. The windows do a great job. I didn’t really believe until I opened them. It works very well. Breakfast is great! The fresh tasty baguette bread was a perfect trip after three weeks of basic food.

Strategically located. Staff r all nice and helpful. Rooms are basic and functional. Short walk to all restaurants and there’s atm right beside the hotel! Laundry can be done at very reasonable price!

Nous sommes très heureux du service que nous avons eu. La rue où se trouve l'hôtel peut sembler étonnante lorsque l'on arrive car elle est pleine de gens, vendeurs assis parterre. Mais très vite on s'y fait et sincèrement c'est beaucoup plus typique et exotique que de séjourner dans un hôtel impersonnelle du nouveau centre ville. Nous avons beaucoup aimé. Sur place, il y a un service pour les tours guidés de la ville. Nouveaux avons également réservé sur place un séjour au Lac Titicaca avec un départ et retour à la porte de l'hôtel. Vraiment très pratique. La qualité de leurs guides est excellente.

A nice hotel in the central part of La Paz, the staff was very nice and eager to help out. Stayed on two different occasions and the room quality varied greatly. I think for 3 1/2 stars I would have hoped for consistent hot water, and other small things. Breakfast was nice but on each morning that ran out of coffee, and then only provided instant coffee.

Beautiful colonial Spanish architecture, but as a result, lots of stairs to climb. Not easy at that altitude. There is an elevator, just ask. The restaurant is a must; by far the best food I had during my week in Bolivia.

抜群の立地と親切なスタッフ
観光するにはとても便利な場所。トリップアドバイザーで人気のレストランも周辺に沢山ある。ホテル自体も邸宅風の作りで雰囲気があり、スタッフはみんなフレンドリーで親切。朝食は大して種類も多くないし、あんまり美味しくもなかったがボリビアのこれくらいのホテルならば普通なのかな。

Well located, friendly hote.
Staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly. Room spotless but showing a little age. The blankets on the bed were very heavy. Doonas work better. Nice breakfast. Great stay.

Het hotel is gebouwd als een spaans koloniaals gebouw. Kleine doorloop gangentjes, binnen plaatsjes etc. Dit oogt erg gezellig waardoor je niet door hebt dat je midden in een hele drukke wijk/ stad bent. Het ontbijt is prima, het restaurant is goed. De kamers zijn klein en eenvoudig. Alles is goed schoon. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het is geen luxe hotel, maar prima voor een paar dagen in La Paz. Enige echte nadeel is dat het zeer gehorig is.

Characteristic hotel in La Paz
The place is characteristic and in a very good position, the rooms are nicely decorated, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is extremely helpful. I enjoyed my stay, everything was perfect.
