Hoteller nær La Merced Kirke

"I felt very comfortable. I stayed 2 weeks because of work and it was a quiet and relaxing place with welcoming staff. There is a little garden and the house and furniture was in a cosy, traditional style. It is in the historic city center (zona1) close to shops, restaurants and a 10 min walk from the Plaza. The only minus is that the to blocks from the pedestrian street is kind of isolated, so i wouldnt recommend to walk alone at night. "

"Airport shuttle, very clean room, helpful staff. Breakfast not so good. Lots of better places close by."

"La atención de Don Luis es increíble 😊"

"Professional staff. Clean rooms. Nice ambience. A good refresher from the countless, monotonous hotels in Zona 1. Tranquil and uniquely designed at a fair price."

"The rooms are clean, comfortable bed and relatively quiet. The hotel staff are friendly and the amenities are basic. Nice view of the mountains. The hotel is dated. Hotel is centrally located and close to the airport."

"Salimos a la feria de jocotenango y me dijeron q cerraban a las 9, cuando llamé me dijo q me reciben hasta las 12 pero q sólo tocará una vez, q si entraba haciendo ruido me tenía q ir al siguiente día del hotel. Prácticamente no me dejó hablar y me trató como si ya cometí la falta."

"Wow"

"Don’t recommend stay more than one night They don’t have a microwave in the room there is no ac I asked them for a fan multiple times they ignored me as well as the WiFi not working."

"It was easy to get into. The host was so helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. Host made sure check in was smooth. The view from the patio at night is gorgeous. The pictures are exactly how the set up is. Very clean and organized.Plenty of resturants/cafe/beer places around this spot. Security is around the building so saftey is great. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. I will be back to visit again."

"Do NOT stay here. The room was filthy. Mold in the shower, dried fluids on the wall. The listed amenities were also not available. The gym had been removed, the pool was closed, and the advertised ceiling fan had never existed in the first place. The photos and listing are a blatant bait-and -switch. They refused my refund even though I did not end up staying there after arriving and seeing it for myself. Again, do NOT stay at this hotel!"
