"Christian and Katherine are fantastic hosts and took exceptional care of us. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well looked after. The food and wine were exquisite with stunning views over the river. Really special place. Thank you! "

"The help and support that Silvie gave us due to our traffic accident the day before was beyond anything we might have hoped for. From arranging us access to the hotel after hours to contacting Europcar and working with them to find a location to pick up a replacement car to scheduling a taxi for us to get to Bergerac to get the car. Silvie was incredibly supportive as if that we were her only job for that day. We were treated not as clients but as valued guests at your lovely hotel. What...

"Very friendly and welcoming greeting on arrival. Our room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was good but be careful, the bath was very slippery, the shower however had good pressure and nice toiletries were provided. It is a period building and there was no AC but a fan was provided and due to the high ceilings the room was not excessively hot. The pool was amazing. Absolutely fabulous! We were encouraged to relax and enjoy the surrounding areas and make use of the...

"We were on a cycle tour and we left our bikes locked up safely in the entrance way. Our room was very comfortable, we stayed in the Curiosities room. The hotel is in a characterful building and is thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail. It was a shared bathroom, which we actually had to ourselves, again nicely decorated and clean. A pleasant nights sleep, and handily placed for all the amenities, cafe, restaurants. We had the breakfast in the salon on the ground floor which was...
