La Jolla Shores Modern Flat

This is a super deluxe apartment is located in prestigious La Jolla shores area just 400 steps away from beach and park. This fresh modern home is on first floor with a spacious living room that opens into a dining room and a full kitchen with stainless-steel refrigerator and dishwasher, and stone counter tops. Bright living room sliding doors opens to outdoor area with table and chairs. There is a flat screen TV for entertaining and WiFi throughout. Master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size, ceiling fan bed and second bedroom has two twin size beds and ceiling fan. Many of our guest find it so comfortable, they don't want to leave. One parking spot designated to this unit on the property.
Stroll down half a block to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Best of La Jolla is only steps away from the front door of this residence, walk to everything, and never use a car.
The rates are adjusted for season, competitive for the area , type of home, and are firm.
Sleeps four people in bed, roll-away bed available for the 5th person by request and previous arrangement.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The space was perfect — bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. We loved being just a short walk from La Jolla Shores, our favorite beach, which made it so easy to spend the day in the sand and surf. Niloo was a fantastic host — welcoming, responsive, and made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back for another family getaway!

Excellent property

The stay was great. The property is located steps from the beach. The property was in excellent shape. Niloo, our property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond. Parking is somewhat tight and our spot could not accommodate large vehicles like vans/large SUVs but this is normal for LaJolla properties. We used street parking in our case which worked out fine. The property is very well located with plenty of restaurants in walking distance nearby. Overall it was a great place and will certainly return.

our stay

we liked it very much- however the parking space is a problem It is just too narrow and awkward. Our housing and daily living needs were anticipated and the unit is well outfitted . we never felt we had to go out and buy or do without. I would certainly recommend staying there to my friends- especially if they are better or more confident drivers than I am !!! And of course the location is PERFECT

This place is fantastic!

This place was perfect for our family of four. The beds are comfy, the location is amazing (walking distance to the beach and restaurants), and Niloo is wonderful. Our family will definitely return to this gem.

Location Location Location

This apartment is in a great location - easily walkable to La Jolla Shores downtown and the beaches. Nice spacious bedrooms and good size living room. We had a slight issue with the ceiling fan in the 2 twin bed room but the property manager was able to help shortly after we notified her of the issue. The parking space was also so important to have in the busy neighborhood so close to the beach! My complaint is that I don’t think the listing is fully transparent/an accurate representation of the unit. This is a ground floor unit with a unit above. The tenants above us during their stay were *quite* loud - obviously not the property’s fault but I didn’t realize it was a ground floor unit (I may have missed that detail though) The tub does not have a plug to take a bath so can only be used as a shower. Also the listing indicates air conditioner in master bedroom - but that was not there during our stay. The kitchen was missing some pieces that would have been nice to have such as Tupperware and a baking sheet. Lastly while there are beach chairs and toys available to use, they are for all the units and are first come first serve (also people seemingly kept them) so we were out of luck. I wish there were enough chairs so each unit could have 2! Overall, we would stay again !

LaJolla beach visit

Great location, very convenient, clean. Only downside is parking. A dedicated space is available but it’s very tight and easy to get blocked in. A Tesla decided to park in the driveway one morning and made it impossible to get a car out. Luckily we had family nearby and could park there.

Terrific location

We enjoyed our stay in La Jolla Shores. The small shopping and restaurant area just around the corner was really nice. We enjoyed several good meals but especially liked Piatti (Italian). It was only a block and a half from the beach making a morning walk a must. The unit was pleasant and felt spacious. The beds were a bit soft for us, but it’s a matter of personal preference.

This property has the most important amenity necessary for a beach vacation: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. It is about 600 steps from the sand. It has both remodeled kitchen and bathroom which gives it an updated feel. It’s not the most luxurious accommodation, but we’ll worth the $$. This was our 2nd year in this building and it has all the necessities. It was very hot during our stay and the floor A/C, located in the kitchen, did the best it could. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms did help bring some cool air in and kep the air moving. If you are looking for a great location in La Jolla Shores you won’t be disappointed.

The property is located close to the beach. The provided beach towels, toys and wagon were an added plus! The unit had everything we needed for our stay even a washer and dryer. The property owner was easy to contact and responsive. We would stay again!

Classy cottage close to everything

Very tastefully done cottage. Walking to beach and high end restaurants. Still quiet neighborhood. The only irritant was sounds of some kids or adults walking on the upstairs floor.

Great location

This property is just steps from the beach and steps from restaurants and shops at La Jolla Shores. As as expected in a popular, busy neighborhood, there is noise outside the window but the location makes it well worth it.

Chilling in La Jolla Shores

Great location for a San Diego vacation. This property is just a block from the beach and around the corner from shops and restaurants. We did not spend too much time in the condo, however the time we were there was great. It had everything we needed. As others have mentioned...if the unit upstairs is occupied, it can get noisy. There is off-street parking that is difficult to navigate. A large SUV (Tahoe, Suburban, Expedition) will not fit. These were not issues for us however it is info that might be important to others.

Great spot but beware the parking

This is a great condo in a wonderful location but beware of the parking issues if you have a larger vehicle. We told the host up front that we had a full size SUV and the spot assigned to this particular unit is narrow and under a low clearance roof. There is no way that a full-size SUV can fit in the assigned spot. We were assured by the host that we would be accommodated. In practice, we basically had to negotiate different parking spots with renters of the other units, which happened a few times over our week stay, and it seemed like we were always the lowest on the totem pole, so to speak. Another SUV of the same exact size came two days before our departure and we were told to move our vehicle to the street, which is nearly always fully occupied. It ended up working out because another unit's occupants didn't have a car with them, but this aspect of the stay was frustrating, especially considering that the host assured us accommodation and knew that we had a big SUV. The parking really could be handled better, and I'd have to think this is a common problem for this building. If you drive a sedan or compact car, no worries! If you drive a mid to full size SUV - communicate with the host or look elsewhere.
