The property includes stairs and has one reserved parking space in the garage. No smoking or parties are allowed, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis, with a fee of $150 plus tax per pet. 30 night minimum stay. Application, deposit, and lease required.
