"Great apartment, very clean with nice size and layout. Excellent location with a lot of dining and grocery shopping options. Close to many high end hot spring resorts. The onsite laundry facility is a big plus. The host Alvaro is awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful stay for three days. The only caveat is the noise that rain drops hitting on the plastic cover that leads to the second floor. Other than that our stay was perfect! "

"If you are staying in La Fortuna, I cannot imagine a better option. We used it as a home base for all the usual activities in the area. For meals, we could cook right there (the Super Rosvil market is a short walk away) or we could go out to eat - there's Mario's place on the next corner for easy food, or an easy walk to downtown for lots of other options). Secure parking at the apartment beat trying to find parking in town. Maily was a pleasure to work with. The place was very comfortable and...

"This place is easy to find...looks as in the picture...excellent for long stay. This is a safe area - gated community...very clean and excellent host...got very quick response for all the questions. Parking within the community. Nice view of the Arenal Volcano! Walking distance to the downtown! Highly recommend. We stayed for just 2 night - so didn't try the washer/dryer (we didn't see this either). "
