The space
This is the perfect home, located in the heart of La Fortuna, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the central park. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, making it perfect for your vacation. The property has ample parking with an electric gate. This entire beautiful second floor will be entirely private for you; the terrace and hot tub are great for sharing and enjoying the beautiful sunset overlooking the Arenal Volcano.
Guest access:
Since the villa is within walking distance, you’ll have quick and easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, pharmacies—whatever you might need (there’s a supermarket just 100 meters from the villa).
Tourist attractions are also close to this location: hot springs, horseback riding, waterfall tours, suspension bridges, Arenal Volcano National Park, etc. (Most attractions are not within walking distance, but tour operators provide transportation.)
The apartment is completely private; you won’t be sharing the space, and it’s located on the second floor.
