This cottage in a residential complex includes: a living room with a TV, a kitchenette with a cooktop (3 gas burners + 1 electric burner), a small refrigerator, a mini-oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer, a toilet, a storage room, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a veranda.

Upstairs: a bedroom with two bunk beds (140 cm each), a bathroom with a bathtub (65 cm high), a sink, a toilet, and a mezzanine with a queen-size bed (160 cm). Two small courtyards, garden furniture and a griddle, one private parking space. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided; they can be rented from our partner, please contact us. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings. Wi-Fi rental with a 5G box is available: €40/week (NO PETS ALLOWED).
