The Space:

Morning light glints off the water as you step outside, the sound of gentle waves setting the tone for an easy, unhurried day. Time flows naturally here - from coffee on your private patio or balcony to afternoons spent between the pool and the shoreline. As evening settles in, the warm coastal air invites relaxed meals, quiet conversations, and restful sleep after a day by the water.



The space

Set within the Punta Esmeralda condominium in Cruz de Huanacaxtle, this entire home accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 baths. The single level home layout with no stairs in the home offers ease of movement, while a private entrance provides a sense of arrival and retreat. Oceanfront surroundings are complemented by garden view elements, creating a setting that feels both open and calm.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms and five beds offer flexible options for groups and families. Bed linens, cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades support a comfortable night’s rest, while clothing storage with a closet and hangers helps you settle in with ease. A safe is also available for added peace of mind.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen gives you the space to cook your own meals, whether preparing something simple before heading out or gathering around the dining table in the evening. The layout encourages shared moments over food while keeping everything practical and accessible.



Outdoor living and amenities

Life here extends naturally outdoors. Enjoy the outdoor pool, unwind on your private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture, or gather in the outdoor dining area as the day winds down. A backyard space and hammock offer additional spots to relax, while the BBQ grill is ready for casual meals outside. The waterfront location places you right next to a body of water, with beach access nearby for easy time along the shore. Beach essentials are included, along with bikes and a kayak for exploring at your own pace.



Work and comfort

Wifi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door make it easy to stay connected when needed. Central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable, and a free washer - in unit supports both short visits and longer stays.



Building and shared features

Elevator access, free parking garage on premises, and free street parking add convenience throughout your stay. Guests also have resort access, along with a shared gym in building and access to a laundromat nearby.



Family-friendly features

Traveling with children is made easier with a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, children’s books and toys, children’s dinnerware, and window guards thoughtfully included.



Neighborhood

Located along the Riviera Nayarit, Cruz de Huanacaxtle is known for its relaxed coastal rhythm, scenic shoreline, and warm climate year-round. Days here are shaped by the water - whether you spend them at the beach, by the pool, or simply enjoying the view from your own space.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your letter of access.



Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Nayarit Riviera. It comprises some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, it is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make your stay a 5 star stay, you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20* dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __8__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that your stay will include when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
