The Space:

Escape to Villa 6C, a spacious private retreat in Tamarán, a gated residential community located between Bucerías and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. Spend sunny afternoons around the private heated pool, enjoy relaxed meals from either of the villa’s charcoal grills, or head to the rooftop to unwind in the private jacuzzi while taking in panoramic views.



Inside, the open kitchen, dining, and living areas create an inviting space for spending time together. The villa features three comfortable en-suite bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and jacuzzi tub. Fast Wi-Fi, A/C throughout the bedrooms and main living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, filtered water, laundry facilities, and private parking for three vehicles make every stay feel easy and comfortable.



La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is a short drive away, where you can explore Marina Riviera Nayarit, visit the local seafood market, and discover restaurants, cafés, and small shops. Bucerías is also nearby, offering beaches, supermarkets, local markets, and a lively dining scene. Punta de Mita and Sayulita make easy day trips for guests who want to explore more of Riviera Nayarit.

Guest Access:

Guests receive daily access to the Tamarán Beach Club:

✔ Complimentary access for up to 8 adults

👶 Children aged 3 or under enter free. Children older than 3 are counted as adults.

👥 Additional guests: $500 MXN per person, per day. This includes a $250 MXN food and beverage credit, a $250 MXN access fee, and one towel.

🧴 Towels are not included with complimentary access. Towel rental is available for $30 MXN.

⏰ Beach Club Hours

Beach access begins at 7:00 a.m.

Kitchen service is available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The Beach Club closes at 7:00 p.m.

🏖 Amenities include pools, lounge chairs, tables, seating areas, and paddle, basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts, subject to availability.

🚫 Outside food and beverages, coolers, thermoses, and speakers are not permitted.

The villa is accessed using a private entry code. The Beach Club is approximately five minutes away by car or 12–15 minutes on foot.



The Neighborhood:

Tamarán is conveniently located between La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and Bucerías, offering a peaceful setting with easy access to two of Riviera Nayarit’s most welcoming coastal towns.



La Cruz is known for its marina, fresh seafood market, waterfront restaurants, and relaxed local atmosphere. Bucerías offers a wider selection of beaches, cafés, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and supermarkets.



Marina La Cruz, the town center, restaurants, and local shops are approximately 10–15 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.



Getting Around:

Villa 6 C is a convenient starting point for exploring Riviera Nayarit:

Approximately 10 minutes from Marina Riviera Nayarit

Approximately 30 minutes from Sayulita

Approximately 35 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport



A rental car is recommended for greater flexibility, especially when visiting beaches and nearby towns. Taxis and rideshare services are also available in the area. The villa includes private parking for up to 3 vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

-->The villa’s standard maximum occupancy is 10 registered guests. The TV room includes a queen sofa bed but is not advertised as an additional bedroom.

-->The rooftop is accessible only by stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Children must be closely supervised around the pool, rooftop, stairs, and jacuzzi.

-->A/C is available in the bedrooms and main indoor living areas, but the TV room does not have air conditioning.

-->The private parking area accommodates up to three vehicles and is not covered.

-->Both grills use charcoal. Grilling utensils are provided, but guests must bring or purchase charcoal.

-->Babies are welcome; however, a crib and high chair are not provided.

-->Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Parties, events, pets, smoking inside the villa, and unregistered visitors are not permitted.

-->Complimentary Beach Club access covers up to eight adults per day. Outside food, beverages, coolers, thermoses, and speakers are not permitted at the club.

-->Beach access begins at 7:00 a.m. The kitchen is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and the club closes at 7:00 p.m.

-->Tamarán Beach Club is independently operated. Its hours, pricing, rules, amenities, and access conditions may change without prior notice.
