"This is a great apartment. The photos accurately represent the property. What cannot be relayed in a description is the view (spectacular) and the location(close to shopping, walking along the Mediterranean Sea). The host provides good instructions for arrival, entry, and daily operation of utilities and appliances. We were answered promptly and to our satisfaction on the rare occasions we contacted the host with questions or concerns. I was rehabbing a knee when we arrived so I caution anyone...

"The garden, balcony and view are simply amazing, we enjoyed the winter sun on the terrace with beautiful, uninterrupted seaviews. Estepona is about a 15min walk along the coastal path which is great.The house itself is lovely inside and nicely renovated but I would recommend it for 2 adults with 1 child maximum. We were staying with 2 young children ( under the age of 3) and it was too small for us and not ideal with the stairs. Thank you to lorraine for the excellent communication and service!"

"Beim Betreten des Hauses roch es sehr unangenehm. In der Küche war die Spülmaschine mit Geschirr befüllt welches nicht wirklich sauber war. Nach dem Öffnen stank es sehr. Die Kühlschranktür (Griff) war mit Tape befestigt, welches stark verschmutzt war. Die Waschmaschine war im Frontbereich durchgerostet und auch mit Tapes fixiert. Im Wohnzimmer hing eine Steckdose aus der Wand.Sehr viele Reinigungsutensilien und mehrere Gasflaschen standen offen im Haus rum. Im Hauptbadezimmer war in den Fugen...

"A beautiful modern, clean and well-maintained house in a quiet location with fantastic surroundings. Rooms were all spacious and bed comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with equipment/utensils. Excellent outdoor dining space. Roof terrace with small pool - lovely for watching sunsets. Owners and property manager extremely helpful and responsive. Easy route by car from Malaga Airport. Short drive to Sotogrande, including beach, restaurants and port and also good supermarkets close by. Good base for...

"Unfortunately there are only three bedrooms and not as advertised four. The fourth bedroom is in the dining room. The terraces are fine, but not clean. The house were clean, but not easy to find."

"Beautiful beach house that had everything we, as a family with 2 young children, could wish for. Barbara and Gerhard were very welcoming and even helped us get a rental car (which is highly recommended). The urbanication is very quiet and safe, the adjacent beach was clean and never full during our stay. We enjoyed our stay very much!"
