"Unfriendly staff answering several phone calls in the middle of check-in in spite of a long line of people waiting late at night. Instead of just pre-authorizing the security deposit, they insisted on charging it and paying it back meaning that – as a tourist – I got to pay a currency conversion rate twice for something I shouldn’t pay for."
