The only thing is that is on a quiet neighborhood so it's like 20 minute walk to the canal and Nishiki market but still centric enough. "This is traditional Japanesse inn (or what you would call it). It is very simple and stay to the traditional rules of behaviour (using indoor shoes in the right place, ect.) and food. If you are looking for that, this is the place for you. There are great opportunities for taking bath in the hot springs at the inn. There village where is it located is out of this world. You can walk to bus to Kyoto in 10 minutes and fantastic surrounding!! This is true relaxation!"
