"The cottage was cute, clean, toasty on a cold fall night, and had everything we needed for our stay. The cottage appeared to be getting some aesthetic updating, and the new windows were warm and secure. Our 2 Chihuahuas vacationed with us and loved hiking the beautiful preserve across the street as well as the Champlin Glacier preserve about 1 mile down the same road. Our hosts were quick to respond and accomodating with any needs we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will visit again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The house has a cozy, homey feel and was a nice place to come back to after being out for the day. It was quiet, comfortable, and had a relaxed vibe that made the trip easy.The location was a big plus for us. Hammonasset Beach was only a few minutes away, and Madison center was just as close, which made it easy to grab dinner or pop out for anything we needed. "I am a bit late to positing this review (stayed in November) but wanted to leave a recommendation for this cute spot for anyone who’s looking to stay here. It’s located in a cute neighborhood, close to beaches and nice walking areas. The house is a bit small, but we had a party of 6 people and 2 dogs, which ended up working well for us, as we were out of the house for most of the time we were there. The host was responsive and the checking in/ out process was clear and easy! Thank you! "

"We loved our right-next-to-the-water one night stay in The Nantucket. The sliding doors in both the living room and the bedroom are about 5 feet from the water. We loved watching the sun rise over the bay and having breakfast on the porch. The bed was comfortable - felt like memory foam. My five year old slept on the pull out couch (I would not want to sleep on that, but she was fine!) This place is such a tranquil beautiful waterside bungalow.
