Excellent hospitality and services.
Excellent hospitality and services. Very considerate staff and management. Loved the stay so much. It was my birthday and it was very generous of the hotel management to give me a delicious cake for this occasion. Me and my wife had wonderful time. Not our first time to stay and will defiantly come back again. Thank you Radisson Blu of Kuwait for all your efforts.

The facilities were amazing and had several options for relaxing, working, fitness, and playing. The restaurants and the Starbucks were convenient and the Korean BBQ was delicious. The staff was very attentive and arranged my local travel. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has VIP access , when im arrive to hotel and request upgrade they told me you are not member in our hotel , we cant offer upgrade and since im Gold , they suppose to upgrade me. My room was leeking from the ceiling in the middle of the night and they change my room at 3 Am to others

Very good
Overall very good stay with a few drawbacks with the suite: - Nice scenery with large windows surrounding the suite, but windows very dirty and need to be cleaned. - The in-room entertainment system needs an upgrade. Old analog connections and cannot use personal devices to connect wirelessly (i.e. WiFi or Bluetooth). - No bathrobes, needed to be ordered them in.

Almost perfect
All perfect, apart for the executive lounge... it's not worth it. There were never any snacks when we went, drinks gone, and coffee machine never working. It was a shame because all the rest was tip top. The restaurants are excellent! Went to three of them and we were not disappointed!

I stayed at the Radisson for four nights. It was exquisit! I needed a relaxing break from work and that was exactly what I got. My wife and I stayed at the Radisson together and didn't have to leave the hotel at all. We have both visited Kuwait before, so didn't feel the need to go out shopping or site-seeking, but if thats what you like, it is conveniently located. For us, everything that we needed was available on the hotel's property. There are several restraunts available, a Starbucks, as well as "The Shack" near the pools and children's play area. I ordered a hamburger and french fries while we were lounging at the pool and the meal was divine. I definitely recommend having the breakfast included in your stay. There is a wide variaty of food options available and the staff is very friendly. The room service menu is also delicious and robust. I recommend "The sampler" if you enjoy Lebanese-style food and "The movie night" if you'd like an amazing burger and steak fries. All of the hotel staff the we interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, I intended on watching American football on the television via my laptop, but forgot my HDMI cable. I phoned the front desk and they brought an HDMI cable up to me right away. The rooms were clean and tidy and the service staff was very kind when we requested additional bottles of water and tea packets. All-in-all the Radisson Blu was lovely. I will definitely be staying there again given the opportunity.

Great hotel and staff. I arrived early and still got my room with no fuss, just in time for a shower after a night flight in before a day full of meetings.
