"A bit outside of the center of Grand Hirafu village but easily walkable. You have to go uphill a bit to get to the resort. The property itself is beautiful. Ideal for 6 or 7 guests (3 couples). Full kitchen but without salt/oil/spices so brine no your own if you plan to cook. Tsubara Tsubara right next door if you want amazing Japanese curry. Staff drive us back to the Chitose bus pickup on checkout. Would stay again if traveling with a small group. "

"Visiting for a ski trip. Accommodations were warm, spacious, clean and honestly perfect. Location is outstanding directly next to 3 bus lines. Walking to food, bars & Downtown area. Hosts was very responsive and easy to work with. "

"The chalet is very spacious, bright, well maintained and fully equipped like a real home. All the utensil and cutlery in the kitchen are in very good condition. The beds are quite comfortable. There is only one thing I was not satisfied is there is no blackout curtains. Only blinds that block view but not light were installed. The sun rises near 4am in summer. I am a light sleeper and I would be awakened whenever the room began to turn brighter and ended up with insufficient sleep."

"The house is really big and beautiful outside the house. Staff is helpful and can communicate well in English. Kitchen and washing machine are function well. Sufficient hot water but sometimes it's difficult to control the water temperature. Heater on the ground floor only and it's quite cold if not nearby the heater."

Ski-in/out hotel with good facilities
"We had one room with four beds for our family. Nice and clean, good service and help from staff, on the slopes with gondola right in front, nice ski valget service and Onsen for after skiing and good hotel shuttle to the other towns made it easy to go out in the evening. Good little store at the hotel for snacks etc. Somewhat expensive restaurants at the hotel, but good options right next to in the small Village and via the shuttle to Hirafu. Overall quite expensive, but most is in Niseko and not much has ski in/out option."
