Godt hotel til prisen.
Glimrende hotel. Fint poolområde. Gode rummelige værelser. Fin wi-fi. Ligger er stykke fra centrum, men ikke længere end man kan gå. Morgenmaden er lidt kedelig. Godt hotel til prisen.

Rigtig fint hotel med det sødeste personale. De er så venlige og smilende og søde til at hjælpe. Hoteller ligger dog lidt ude for Kuta, så der er en lille gå tur ned til byen og stranden. Hotellet tilbyder dog drop of ned til by og strand på bestemte tidspunkter gratis, hvis ikke man gider at gå hvilket også er en rigtig fin service. Vil anbefale dette hotel til andre.

Staff was very friendly and very observant. Rooms were clean and great for the price. Breakfast was a bit on the dull side, with fruits that didn't taste of much and pastry was completely tasteless as well. Lunch was ok. Pool area was great, but maybe too few chairs for the amount of people wanting to lie by the pool.

Det er en ommer!
Jeg forstår ikke at det her hotel har fået så gode anmeldelser. Hvad andre beskriver som rent og lækkert hotel er ikke den opfattelse jeg har. Vores hotelværelse var beskidt, der var huller i lagnerne og brune pletter på badeforhænget. Sengen var hård og udluftning af værelse ikke muligt, da man ikke kunne åbne vinduerne. Den eneste mulighed for frisk luft var at lade hoveddøren stå åben. Udsigten fra vinduet var i øvrigt også ikke eksisterende. Vandhanen ved håndvasken på badeværelset var så lille at den knap nok gik ind over håndvasken, hvilket gjorde det at vaske hænder til en seriøs udfordring. Ved check-in blev vi bedt om at lægge et depositum på 50 dollars for at kunne købe på regning, men da det så kom til at betale den regning kunne man ikke betale med nævnte dollars, regningen skulle betales på kort eller i rupiah. Det er også fint, men hvorfor skal man så bruge dollars til depositum? Det giver ingen mening! Den ene aften bestilte vi en pizza og noget pasta fra roomservice, hvilket også var en skuffelse.. pizzaen lignede noget fra brugsens køledisk og pasta portionen så lille at vi måtte ud og bestille mad udefra alligevel.. det her hotel er ikke de 4,4 værd.

First of all we apologize due to your inconvenient during your stay, we will inform our respected department to check and insure all at our standard. However based on our record there was no concern record during your stay, if we know it during your stay we surely will assist you for the issue. Our window are closed on several room category due to a safety reason, therefore as substitution we install fresh air channel in every room. We do have room with fresh air access such as Deluxe Balcony Room and our Kana Suite Room. However this closed window information could not be provided on Hotels.com website due to its limitation. We will inform our affiliate team whether this useful information could be note down to our room description. Currently in Indonesia our government made a policy that every transaction should be paid in our Indonesian Currency, therefore at that time we are unable to receive your payment. Thank you for staying at the Kana Kuta Hotel Bali. Best regards.

Nice hotel
It was a very nice experiencw at the Kana Kuta Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and had a lot of different delicious things to choose from. Room was good and clean. Quiet neighbourhood, but with a lot of shops and interesting things in walking distance.

Lækkert og afslappende
Vi havde et rigtig fint ophold på The Kana. Her er rart at være, god musik ved poolen, lækker morgenmad og fin service. Shuttlebussen er kun drop off (kl. 11:00 og 16:00) hvilket også er fint men vi benyttede os ikke rigtig af den grundet tidspunkterne.

Property was Good staff was excellent great people great service. Apart from one incident when I have booked my tour through hotel and asked them to pack my box for breakfast but driver was late and other people having breakfast so I thought I can have some juice and bread but one staff came and asked me not to eat because they have packed my 😊 Rice box. I believe there is way to approach your customer’ I returned my lunch box. Very embarrassing moment. Otherwise, great staff, very helpful

2人1部屋朝食付きで約5000円で泊まりました。 プールも綺麗で、朝食も美味しく満足なクオリティーです。タクシーもチャーターしてくれるので大変助かります。 ホテル周辺の治安があまりよくはない(バイクの飛び出しが危険、歩行者がいるのは基本無視)ので、注意は必要です。

I stayed there for a week and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was quiet and clean, the staff where always helpful and friendly and on my rest days when I wasn't site seeing, I made good use of the pool and hotel restaurant which to my surprise was very reasonably priced compared to so many tourist traps. It's a 20 minute walk to the beach which is difficult to do in the heat but only a 5 minute grab ride away. It's location was hidden off the main busy streets so you don't hear hardly any noise. It's a 7 minute walk away from a huge shopping mall which is tricky to get to by foot as you have to cross a busy motorway through a series of sketchy zebra crossings and there is conveniently a Circle K just outside the hotel.

We spent 2 nights here between flights in Bali. Close to the galleria to buy last minute things, close to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was fantastic. We would stay here again.

This is the third time ive stayed at the Kana Kuta. This time i brang my parents with me and they were blown away by the exceptional service. The staff go above and beyond for you, they always left a nice note after they cleaned our rooms and always greeted us with a huge warm smile. This is such a lovely hotel, I stay here every time I visit Bali. All the staff are friendly, polite and professional, which makes each stay a pleasure. The hotel is set away from the main road so there is no traffic noise at all. It is well kept inside and out, with the staff taking great care to keep the environment clean and tidy.

The Jana has great staff and reasonable rooms at a reasonable price. Have stayed there twice now and will stay again , it’s a 5 $ cab fare to waterbom park.

Wonderful stay at The Kana. Staff were exceptional and always so friendly willing to help. Breakfast buffet was delicious with great options. Hotel is in a convenient location close to the airport, shopping mall and restaurants. Rooms can use a little updating but overall great stay.

Was just outside of the main markets and chaos and then only a 2.00au grab ride away. Can walk around with out being pestered by people trying to sell you something.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kana. Property was clean, safe and quite. Only drawback is the restaurant was not airconditioned. So a little bit warm during summer.

I liked this property for quite, if you need to go anywhere you will need to call a taxi, can walk but a long way and hot.

It was amazing to stay at the hotel. The rooms are not that modern but the service is just exquisite. Staff always carrying a smile on their face. Rooms are kept clean and the breakfast buffet is the best we ever had!!!

Very friendly staff. Keen to help and advise. Gym equipment was old and didn’t work well. WiFi sometimes cut out intermittently. Would have liked to see an iron in the room and also a wall mounted clock or time on the default TV screen.

Terrible hotel! Beware of fake reviews!!
This was genuinely one of my worst stays. I trusted the reviews and the 9.2 rating and boy was I wrong to do that. Location - this hotel is NOT in the prime part of Kuta. It’s secluded and there is nothing happening within walking distance. There is a sad dominoes and kfc about 10 min walk away. All other fun stuff in Kuta (including Kartika plaza) requires a taxi ride. Air con - we complained about this and after leaving it on for the whole night, it still count cool down the room. Condition - the hotel rooms are in terrible shape and a lot of wear and tear. Bathroom - gross, way too small, no door so whole bathroom gets wet every time someone showers, terrible ventilation and super smelly. Tv - super small and not a smart tv Hotel amenities - terrible stench of stale coffee in the lift. Didn’t go away for the 3 days we were there. No cleaning of the lift done throughout our stay. Pillows - stench of stale sweat. Cldnt sleep on it due to the smell. In conclusion, there is NOTHING EXCEPTIONAL about this hotel. If you don’t trust me, take a look at the pics I have uploaded and decide for yourself if you want to subject yourself to a stay in this place. For the price paid, in my opinion, there are far far better hotels to book.

Very quiet, has a restaurant inside the hotel. 10 minutes walk to the shopping place and 15 minutes to the beach. Domino’s pizza and KFC is just one block away. Easy access to motor bikes.
