"We had a really nice stay, it met our expectations. Everything was clean and working, even though walls are thin people were good at being respectful and quiet. Only thing we were missing was plug with ground to use our adapter or USB charge in the wall. Also i found the matresses a bit hard to sleep on. The personal are english speaking and very helpful. Can highly reccomend the hike from Nakatsugawa to Nagiso through magome and tsumago. It is a nice find to the price. Overall a memorable amd...

"This location was ideal for us because of its remote location. We had no difficulty with accessibility to it, because the hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to and from the local train station if you pre-arranged it in advance. Food was locally sourced and exceptional in quality. The outdoor baths were relaxing as they were set among the forest. Loved the friendliness of the staff. We had no problem communicating in Japanese but did find some of the Indian staff speaking English with us...

"Traditionelt japansk sted. Familiedrevet. Morgenmad med fisk, tofu osv. Ingen vestlige møbler. Dejligt fælles bad. Kønsopdelt. Langt fra stationen, men de kørte os frem og tilbage. Deres børn fulgte os til nærliggende minimarked da restauranten på stedet var lukket under vores ophold. "
