"The hotel as such is nice. However, the procedure to gather data to receive the VAT exemption differs from other hotels. The hotel receptionist left the frontdesk without informing why with my credit card. I tried to find him, but had to wait five minutes. Then he came back with a photocopy of my credit card and my passport. This opens up the possibility of stealing my data. I requested the copy, but I had no way of checking whether more copies existed. When I left the hotel next morning, a new...

"Excellent! Recently renovated. Large bedrooms with plenty of amenities. Excellent breakfast, too."

Desayuno continental. Personal muy amable."

"Pros: Location is fantastic, close to everything. Staff is the highlight: everyone is friendly, helpful and customer-oriented. Breakfast is really good quality. Lobby is modern and nice. Hotel is clean and quiet at night for a good night’s sleep. Cons: This is by no means a 5-star hotel (at international level) as they advertise. It’s a 3-star at best, based on my experience around the world. Here’s why: Our room was a big disappointment: super-basic with absolutely nothing that pointed to a...

"Not what we expected"

Frühstück landestypisch, in Ordnung"
