"Overall, our stay was good. We did have a couple of issues while there. First of all, the dryer was not working, but a couple of phone calls got a maintenance technician out to repair it. While there he also replaced the refrigerator light bulb which blew on day 2. He didn't have the correct bulb, but used a substitute which was considerably dimmer, but worked. The last issue was a lack of any kind of mixing and/or serving bowls. We made do with baking pans, etc., but still, no bowls? "

"It was a great holiday in a stunning location. We enjoyed the convenience of being in a ground floor unit. A couple of concerns/issues: the kitchen faucet needs changing and it was inconvenient that the pull out bed didn’t work, as my sister & I needed our own beds. There was also a strange outbreak of creepy wormy bugs in the bathroom one night, probably from the drains? But was beyond control is my guess? Overall, a gorgeous place to stay. "

"Communication with Host was excellent. Unit was very clean, in a great central location with both Fishing and lots of turtles on the beach behind the condo. They had everything needed for an excellent vacation including everything you’d need for a day on the beach."

"Theresa/Lolo and other office staff were great at answering questions before we arrived and also during checkout they printed out our flight boarding passes. This is a beautifully furnished 1 bedroom unit with a full kitchen available to make meals or store our restaurant leftovers. Our unit faced the center courtyard so we could see the ocean over the pool area. Landscaping with waterfall and BBQ patio made us feel we were in an elegant resort. "Great location near Paia shops and short walk to Mama's Fish House, & beach. Enjoyed our stay at Kuau Plaza. The condo was just as described and pictured. Nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom...all looked brand new! Although right next to the road, we barely heard the traffic. We would stay here again."

"We can truly attest that this is the perfect property if you are looking for a beautiful view, long quiet walks on the beach, and a comfortable and friendly environment! The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed for a day at the beach (towels, cooler, ice packs, beach chairs). We had no issues requiring the onsite manager but he was always around to have a friendly chat with. The owner was also friendly and available at a moments notice which eased our minds for a worry free...

"The pool was great! The AC was locked at 72. With the Storm the humidity was awful so sleeping was an issue. The bed was amazing though!"
