The historic building, once the Kurhaus in Kühlungsborn, was rebuilt in 2000 modeled after the old Kurhaus. The “Haus Meeresblick” vacation apartment complex combines turn-of-the-century seaside resort architecture with modern design. The newly built and generously appointed vacation apartments are located directly on the sea and offer an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. You can spend your vacation in modern, well-equipped vacation apartments ranging from 45 to 60 square meters in size. The building features a café, elevators, an underground parking garage, a bicycle storage room, a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, and a trash room (please separate your trash!).



Apartment WM416 is a comfortable three-room apartment with large French windows facing the sea and a size of approximately 60 square meters. It does not have a balcony. The price for vacation apartment WM416 includes linens for 2 people and final cleaning. Password-protected Wi-Fi (subject to availability) and parking space no. 118 in the underground garage (1.60 m high) are available free of charge. This functionally designed vacation rental on the 4th floor features an open-concept living area with a kitchenette and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a guest room with a single bed (which pulls out into a full-size bed). The functional kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, and various kitchenware. A bathroom with a large, low-entry shower, sink, and toilet rounds out the apartment’s very modern overall feel.

The separate bedroom with a double bed and the additional guest room with a pull-out bed offer pleasant places to retreat. The well-equipped kitchenette, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, and other amenities, ensures flexibility during your vacation.

The sea is just a few steps away and can be reached quickly via the house’s direct access. An elevator, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), and a free parking space in the underground garage round out the amenities.

Just 10 meters from the beach, you’ll stay in a modern 3-room vacation apartment. The 60-square-meter apartment is located on the 4th floor. The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, armchair, sideboard, cable TV, radio, dining area (dining table and 4 chairs), and a kitchenette. The French window offers an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. The bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe, and the guest room has a pull-out bed and a linen closet. The kitchenette is modernly equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, two-burner stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom with shower/toilet and the hallway with a coat rack complete the apartment.
