"Honestly the most terribly hotel experience I have had for a long while! The service in the reception and bar was downright rude. They literally yelled at me and were visibly annoyed when I asked or ordered something. I’m not sure if it’s because I don’t speak French or they just all hate their jobs but people like this should work in the hospitality business. The breakfast was also so bad that I just took a coffee and an orange and left the rest. The hotel is cheap so I didn’t expect much but that doesn’t excuse downright hostile behaviour from the staff."
