When they got the feedback through, they reached out to us within hours to see how they could accommodate us. They went beyond our expectation. The breakfast is awesome and Marie was super pleasant. "Maybe i got a bad room, but the entire place is severly run down. My room borders a health hazard. Mold, and dust everywhere. Floor is sticky. My bathroom water kept dripping. Aircon no cold air and the filters has not been cleaned since it was indtalled 20 years ago.
I was afraid to open any drawers and would not recommend to go barefeet in the room.
The pool is there, bit i dont think it has been in operation for many years and borders a health hazard.
I will never stay here again.

"The bed was really comfortable which is important to me. Also pillows weren't paper thin which was nice. Bathroom massive, nice shower. Clean room. A great place for a stay. Only downside is I happened to be next door to a family with a kid who was loud - walls don't muffle sound too much, but by 11 pm he was out and it was fine. All in all, a great stay."

The restaurant was noisy, high music.
A waiter was very “kind” to give us a lecture about tipping in Vancouver, did not feel so nice. But we will highly recommend staying in on of the beautiful rooms."
