"Very nice hotel, good facilities og very fine service, friendly staff. Situated a bit uphills away from the noisy city. Excellent view to Lake Naini. Food very good. Perfect for birdwatching, many birds in the garden i.e. Redflanked Bush Robin, Blackheaded Jay etc."

Views from hotel is nice, good food and staff is very supportive.
Now, when talk to rooms, if you are looking for old age room then it's fine otherwise not ok.

"The property has put a wrong number on expedia . Had to google their number to contact. They have not put the correct information on site. Prior to booking you see All-inclusive and breakfast included on top but on booking it does not show up and they were wrongly telling me that All-inclusive does bit mean Meal included and did bot provide that facility. The head staff was impolite and rude too."

"There is no parking facility. We stayed in R.N. 15 top floor on 13th June. Rooms are dirty, smelly and filthy. Wash basin in bathroom is broken. No geyser in bathroom which is a basic need in a hill station. They charge Approx. Rs 4000/- per day which is far higher as compare to facilities available."
